I am Juwon Lawal,
an experienced business leader and entrepreneur with a focus on innovation and strategic leadership across multiple industries, including energy, real estate, agro-processing, and mining. Throughout my career, I have founded and led ventures that create sustainable value and drive growth in global markets.
I am the founder of Crestal Group, a multinational conglomerate with operations across Africa, and JuWonOil LLC, a Houston-based company. JuWonOil LLC is an authorized distributor of Q8 Oils Lubricants in Texas, a product of the Kuwait Petroleum International Group, specializing in the trading and supply of marine lubricants and fuels.
From 2016 to 2019, I served as a senior trader at Winson Oil Trading Pte Ltd, a leading multinational oil company in Southeast Asia. During this time, I gained extensive experience in energy trading, successfully managing large-scale operations and navigating the complexities of Southeast Asia’s oil markets.
My academic background includes a B.Sc. and an MBA in Business Administration, supplemented by executive education from Harvard Business School and Imperial College London. These experiences have shaped my strategic vision and ability to drive value through innovation, leadership, and a commitment to sustainable business practices.
